I received my PhD 🎓 in Aug 2020 from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. I was cosupervised by Prof. Huamin Qu and Prof. Xiaojuan Ma. Previously, I was a postdoc in KAIST, KIXLAB, working with Prof. Juho Kim.
I will join the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M University as a tenure-track assistant professor soon! I lead the Dream Lab and welcome to join our research team if you are interested in human-AI interaction, data visualization, and education technology. Please email me. 😀
My research background mainly focuses on Human-AI Interaction, Data Visualization, and Education Technology. My current research focuses on creating systems for adaptive learning/teaching using visual analytics, and other emerging techniques (e.g., NLP, AR/VR).
